By creating a Slabvio account or using slabvio.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Slabvio is a portfolio-tracking tool for graded and raw trading cards. It lets you log your inventory, tracks estimated value using third-party market data (eBay sold and active listings, SoldComps, SportsCardsPro), and helps you track sales, costs, and profit/loss over time.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Slabvio is offered with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged the subscription price shown at signup, billed monthly, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings — see Refunds & Cancellation below for what happens to charges already made.
Use Slabvio for its intended purpose — tracking your own card collection. Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in a way that violates any applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party data source it relies on (eBay, SoldComps, SportsCardsPro, or others) will always be available or accurate.
You can stop using Slabvio and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and — where appropriate — ask current users to re-confirm before continuing to use the Service.
Slabvio is an informational tool, not a financial advisor, appraiser, or guarantee of value. Every estimated value, suggested comp, Sell Zone label, or price shown in the app is generated from available third-party market data at a point in time. That data can be incomplete, delayed, mismatched to your exact card, or simply wrong — no automated matching system, including Slabvio's, catches every error.
Nothing in Slabvio constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a guarantee of what any card is worth or will sell for. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any value, price, or recommendation before you buy, sell, or make any other financial decision based on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slabvio and its owner/operator are not liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or other damages arising from your reliance on any estimate, comp, suggestion, or other information provided by the Service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — Slabvio never sees or stores your full card number.
To generate comp estimates, Slabvio sends card-identifying search terms (like player, year, set, and grade) to eBay's Browse API, SoldComps, and SportsCardsPro. This is limited to what's needed to look up comparable sales — it does not include your personal account information.
The app itself uses a session cookie only to keep you logged in — no third-party advertising trackers run inside the app. Our public marketing pages (slabvio.com and /landing) use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance for visitors who arrive from our ads.
We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us below.
